Just a few weeks from the start of high school basketball season! Remember all paperwork must be submitted by 1st practice - physical, updated insurance card, etc. All required docs on DragonFly - contact Mrs. Betz with any questions.

Hard work, friendship, helping with projects, effort, academic excellence—just a few of the things celebrated today for these amazing students! 👏✨ A special shoutout and big thank you to Amy and Tawnya for being incredible, consistent substitutes, keeping our students on track when teachers are out. Great job, Panther Claw! 🐾 #PantherPride #Shoutouts #ThankYouSubstitutes #PantherClaw

Amazing Veterans Day program at the Clearmont Community Center. The stories of our local heroes were inspiring. So glad that we were invited to participate. The AC band's performance of a military medley was perfect for the occasion!

A-C Student Council is still needing donations of the following items:
** gloves, socks, scarves, and hand warmers**.
We need these by this Thursday, Nov. 14. The items will go to the victims of Hurricane Helene. Thank you!

Our fourth graders wrapped up their unit, "A Literal and Figurative Great Heart," in the best way—writing their four-paragraph essays while enjoying heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast! ❤️🥞 Learning and delicious treats go hand in hand! #GreatHeart #PantherPride #FourthGradeFun #LearningWithHeart #PantherClaw

Shout out town population: these guys! ⬆️ We were able to celebrate so many students and staff members today as a true panther claw. We are truly starting to embody the panther way as an entire group, and we love to see it! 🎉🐾🎊 #PantherClaw

Today, we have the absolute pleasure of celebrating Miss Teegan Olsen! Teegan was voted as our K-6 #SourcesOfStrength Student of the Month for the month of October! Here is what Teegan's nominating teacher had to say about her!
"I believe that Teegan should be student of the month because she is a friend to all students. She demonstrates great flexibility and leadership by being able to work with anyone. She will always encourage fellow students to do their best and help them through difficult tasks. When doing partner reading, Teegan keeps her partners on task. She ensures that her group not only completes the task, but does so to the best of their ability. Teegan also makes sure that everyone is included. When we were doing a classroom reading activity where students could choose any classmate to read next, she picked the one student who had not had a turn yet instead of choosing her best friend. Teegan embodies what a good leader is."
Very much deserved, Teegan. Congrats!🎊 #PantherClaw

House Fiducia keeps climbing to the top, but don’t count the other houses out just yet! 🏆💚 There are still plenty of competitions left, and anything can happen! Who will take the lead next? #HouseCompetitions #PantherPride #FiduciaRising #GameOn #PantherClaw #ACHouseGames

Please join us is celebrating one of our amazing seniors, Mr. Ryan Alberding! Ryan was voted as our #SourcesOfStrength Student of the Month for the month of October! Here is what Ryan's nominating teacher had to say about him:
"Ryan has been a pillar of positive friendship and physical health, lifting his peers every day. He constantly pushes classmates in his strength and conditioning class to always do more and be more, which is important in both the gym and in life. Ryan serves as a positive friend to people outside of his regular friend group, frequently reaching out to elementary students to give them encouragement and support. He serves as a source of strength for all who cross paths with him."
🎉Congrats, Ryan! Very well deserved! #PantherClaw

While some of our elementary students studied heat and thermal energy, our youngest Panthers were busy learning about fire safety! 🔥👩🚒 Huge thanks to Mr. Christensen for an engaging and informative presentation! Keeping our Panthers safe and smart! #FireSafety #PantherPride #PantherClaw #LearningTogether

Our 5th and 6th graders wrapped up their thermal energy and heat science unit with an adventurous field trip to Healy Reservoir! 🏕️ They put their shelter-making skills to the test in a competition to see whose shelter held the most heat. For lunch, they cooked up chili and cornbread in Dutch ovens, and even took a quick trip to the Clearmont Historical Building! Such a memorable day of learning and exploring! 🌲🔥 #PantherPride #HandsOnLearning #ScienceInTheField #ClearmontAdventures #PantherClaw

Members of the Student Council are traveling to Riverton for the annual Student Council Convention. This year all of the Wyoming Student Councils are participating in a community service project where they are collecting items to send to victims of Hurricane Helene.
Our Council has decided to donate smaller items since our space is limited in the suburban vehicle we will be riding in on our trip to Riverton.
Items we are asking for are:
gloves
socks
scarves
hand warmers
If you can donate an item or two we would appreciate it. The donation box is in Mrs. Ellingrod's office. We need these items by Nov. 14.
Thanks!
