A "claw" is the official term given to a group of panthers. In nature, a claw of panthers has not been witnessed, as panthers are solitary creatures, only found together when young with their mother, or for short periods in pairs. Given this, our Panthers coming together as a Claw each day for their education, to support each other in extracurricular pursuits, and in building our community, is special - supernatural even. #PantherClaw will be our mark as we celebrate the great accomplishments we reach together.

Sheridan County School District #3 will hold a special board meeting tomorrow, September 4, 2024, at 12:30. There will be one agenda item - approving the bid from Hoskinson Contracting to remove and replace both parking lots at the Clearmont K-12 School with concrete in the amount of $244,000.

MAP test today for 7-11; which meant the seniors were able to explore the area. Thanks to the Ucross Foundation for the impromptu tour and great coffee! Rain was welcome, but kept the seniors from refreshing the paint on the Clearmont "C". #PantherClaw
At SCSD3, student safety is our number one priority. With this in mind, we've partnered with Johnson County Healthcare Center to provide the SWAY Test to all students in grades 5-12. SWAY is a neurocognitive test that gives us valuable information about your student's brain before any concussive activity occurs. It also helps us to move a student back into Return to Learn and Return to Play protocols following a concussion. Please read through the information and complete the Google Form to grant permission for this testing. Johnson County Healthcare will be here on Wednesday, August 28th to conduct testing for all students in grade 5-12 who have permission.
