Notice of Special Board Meeting
The Board of Trustees of Sheridan County School District #3 will hold a Special Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM in the SCSD #3 Boardroom in Clearmont, Wyoming.
The purpose of this meeting is to review key district data and take action on a number of important facility and personnel items, including gym renovations, maintenance projects for district rental property, and staffing updates.
A full agenda includes:
Review of 2024–2025 district data
Consideration of contracts for gym bleacher replacement and painting
Approval of renovation projects at 1023 Water Street
Acceptance of staff resignation
Executive session for employment contracts and compensation
The meeting will be broadcast live on the SCSD #3 Facebook Page to ensure transparency and accessibility to the public.
Community members are welcome and encouraged to attend or view online. Public comment will be accepted during the designated portion of the agenda.
